What happens when you take the test
Here is every step, in order, including what costs money and what doesn't.

Start. You see what the test is: 20 questions, about 7 minutes. Nothing to install and no account.

Solve 20 puzzles. They start easy and get harder. After each set of five, you see how many you got right. Progress saves automatically.

Make a guess. Before your result, we ask what IQ range you expect. It takes one tap, and the full report compares your guess with your estimated range.

Enter your email. We send your result there, plus a few follow-up emails about it that you can stop with one click. Where the law requires consent, we ask first. Our newsletter is always a separate box that starts unticked.

See your score band, free. You see where you landed on this test's scale, the set of five questions you did best on, and one of your mistakes explained. Your estimated IQ range stays blurred until you buy the report.

Buy the report, or don't. The report is $29.90, paid once. At checkout you can tick a box to add the Practice Workbook for $9.90; it starts unticked. After payment we show the 28-Day Reasoning Coach for $37 once, and if you decline, the 28-Day Reasoning Plan for $17 once. Then you go straight to your report.

Your report is usually ready in a few minutes. We email you a link so you can open it from any device, and you can log in later with a code we email you. If anything goes wrong, reply to the receipt or write to support@cognivainstitute.org.
